Advanced Correctional Healthcare, Inc. Elevates Commitment in Q1

Franklin, Tennessee – At Advanced Correctional Healthcare, Inc. (ACH), recognition plays a vital role in our culture. We actively live by our values rather than just treating them as a formality. Throughout the first quarter of 2024, team members have demonstrated this commitment by exchanging over 1,500 thank-you notes and presenting 123 certificates to commend colleagues who exemplify ACH core values.

Our greatest commitment to the patients we serve is to save lives. To date in 2024, our efforts have resulted in at least 9 lives being saved at ACH sites nationwide. 1 associate has been honored with the Golden Stethoscope award, while 8 associates have been recognized with the Overdose Revival award for their life-saving actions. These achievements stand as a testament to the proactive commitment of the team. It is evident that at ACH, saving lives is not just a claim, but a reality.

This is an incredible time to be involved in our organization, and numerous team members have devoted a substantial part of their careers to advancing our mission. In the first quarter alone, 8 people celebrated their 5-year anniversary with us, and 4 marked their 15-year milestone. As ACH continues to expand, we remain committed to welcoming individuals who align with our values and contribute to our collaborative team culture.
