Advanced Correctional Healthcare, Inc. Elevates Commitment in Quarter 3

(Franklin) – At Advanced Correctional Healthcare, Inc. (ACH), recognition plays a vital role in our culture. We actively live by our values rather than just treating them as a formality. Throughout the 3rd quarter of 2024, team members have demonstrated this commitment by exchanging over 1700 thank-you notes and presenting 161 certificates to commend colleagues who exemplify ACH core values.

Our greatest commitment to the patients we serve is to save lives. To date in 2024, our efforts have resulted in at least 21 lives being saved at ACH sites nationwide. One associate has been honored with the DAISY Award for their extraordinary patient care, while another has been recognized with the Overdose Revival award for their life-saving actions. These achievements stand as a testament to the proactive commitment of the team. It is evident that at ACH, saving lives is not just a claim, but a reality.

This is an incredible time to be involved in our organization, and numerous team members have devoted a substantial part of their careers to advancing our mission. In the 3rd quarter alone, 23 people celebrated their 5th anniversary with us, and 2 people marked their 10-year milestone. As ACH continues to expand, we remain committed to welcoming individuals who align with our values and contribute to our collaborative team culture.
