Jessica’s advice for future winners is, “Swallow the frog: to do what you hate, and do it first thing in the morning. I can still get overwhelmed by my to-do list each day. To solve this, my grandfather encouraged me to get in the habit of doing my hardest, most important thing first each day. It took me a long time to come to terms with the reality that while I have hundreds of frogs, I can only pick one. So on days when it seems impossible to pick only one frog, I swallow the biggest, fattest frog first.”
ACH is the nation’s largest jail health care provider. Headquartered in Tennessee, they endeavor to make a difficult time in their patient’s lives easier.
