Safety Shines in ACH’s Annual Survey

Franklin, Tennessee – Every year, Advanced Correctional Healthcare, Inc. (ACH) asks associates for feedback on how the company is doing and in which areas the company can improve.

The 2024 results are in! According to ACH associates:

  • 100% say they are safe at work.

  • 98% believe their supervisor tells the truth.

  • 97% say when they bring a problem to their supervisor, they do something about it.

  • 95% say their supervisor consistently enforces HR policies.

  • 94% say they have the tools and resources they need to do their job well.

ACH takes feedback and suggestions seriously. This commitment to caring for people is reflected in ACH being certified by associates for the 9th consecutive year as a Fortune Magazine Great Place to Work. In 2024, ACH was also honored with its second Torch Award for Ethics from the Better Business Bureau.

Dr. Sheila Stern, Chief Human Resources Officer, stated, “Our team members are important to us, so we make sure to offer programs that support them throughout their careers with ACH. We take care of our associates, who care for people in community jails nationwide. We want to provide everything they need to succeed. That’s why we focus on making sure our work environment is safe and supportive, even more so than in regular health care settings.”
