Advanced Correctional Healthcare, Inc. Reflects on Remarkable Actions in 2024
(Franklin) – Advanced Correctional Healthcare, Inc. (ACH) is proud to reflect on a remarkable year of recognition, dedication, and life-saving actions. At ACH, recognition is a fundamental part of culture, highlighting associates who embody the company’s values. In 2024, our associates demonstrated their commitment by exchanging over 6,700 thank-you notes and presenting 569 certificates to commend those who best exemplify ACH core values. This exceptional effort continues to reinforce a positive and supportive workplace.

It is evident that at ACH, saving lives is not just a claim, but a reality. In 2024, we saved at least 24 lives across our facility sites nationwide. To honor heroes involved in life-saving events, ACH presented awards celebrating their courageous actions and extraordinary efforts to include:

In December 2024, ACH held its annual awards dinner and recognized nine outstanding associates for their exceptional achievements and dedication to ACH’s mission. Award recipients were honored with a statue, a cash gift, and additional paid time off (PTO). These awards celebrate individuals who embody the spirit of ACH across a variety of departments.
The company proudly recognizes its long-serving associates. During 2024, 47 associates celebrated their five-year anniversary with the organization, nine marked their ten-year milestone, eight commemorated fifteen years, and one celebrated an impressive twenty-year milestone! These milestones highlight the passion and commitment of ACH associates who have built their careers within the organization and continue to drive its success.
Looking forward to 2025, ACH is focusing on the core value of "Integrity," which means doing what is right, even when no one is watching. “We are committed to making choices that prioritize people and ethical standards at every level of our organization,” emphasizes Young.
