(Franklin) – At Advanced Correctional Healthcare, Inc. (ACH), recognition plays a vital role in our culture. We actively live by our values rather than just treating them as a formality. Throughout the 4th quarter of 2024, team members have demonstrated this commitment by exchanging over 1400 thank-you notes and presenting 93 certificates to commend colleagues who exemplify ACH core values.
Our greatest commitment to the patients we serve is to save lives. To date in 2024, our efforts have resulted in at least 24 lives being saved at ACH sites nationwide. One associate has even been honored with the Overdose Revival award for their life-saving actions. This achievement stands as a testament to the proactive commitment of the team. It is evident that at ACH, saving lives is not just a claim, but a reality.
During ACH’s 2024 “Of the Year” Awards, nine associates were recognized for their achievements and honored with a statue, cash gift, and additional PTO. These awards recognize outstanding associates who embody the spirit and values of ACH across various departments. In an exciting announcement, Jessica Young, ACH President and CEO, introduced the Making Our Lives Easier (MOLE) Leadership Award for 2025. This award will honor associates who demonstrate exceptional leadership and a positive attitude at work.
This is an incredible time to be involved in our organization, and numerous team members have devoted a substantial part of their careers to advancing our mission. In the 4th quarter alone, four associates celebrated their fifth anniversary with us, three marked their ten-year milestone, and three more celebrated their fifteen-year milestone! In addition, a total of 27 internal promotions were recognized. As ACH continues to expand, we remain committed to welcoming individuals who align with our values and contribute to our collaborative team culture.
